Listing Your Home
Before your home hits the market, I will pre-market the home through my network of agents and with Coming Soon advertisements!
Enter listing information into the MLS
Place a For Sale sign and lockbox on your property
Targeted, paid social media to gain exposure for your home
Custom website page for your home
Schedule and hold open houses complete with my custom marketing and open house presentation, streamed on Facebook Live and more!
Schedule your home for the realtor office tour
Notify all potential buyers with details of listing
Review showing and open house feedback
Coordinating the Sale
It's not just about getting an offer, but getting to the closing table! Many negotiations occur after you accept an offer. I'll work to get the price, terms and timeline you prefer.
Regular communication as preferred by the client
Pre-qualification of all potential buyers
Present and discuss all offers with you
Negotiate your transaction with the other agent
Once in contract, you'll receive a detailed timeline that will be updated throughout the transaction as milestones are achieved
I provide vendor recommendations for title company, inspectors, quotes, stagers, etc.
As important contingencies are cleared, we'll prepare for and finalize the closing!
